If your results or progress are missing, here is what to check.

Where your results are stored

Your test results are saved to your Sodivia account on our servers. As long as you are signed in with the same account, they follow you across browsers and devices.

Common reasons results look missing

• You are signed out — sign in again and your results will reappear
• You signed in with a different account (for example email instead of Google)
• The page was opened before your data finished loading — refresh once
• A test was closed before submitting, so it was never recorded
